The box is really fascinating it looks like a box for expensive electric machines although it is like empty box 2 bags of what is said cheese salt instead of one citric acid salt and one cheese salt!!! Then one cheese cloth and 4 tabs of rennet and a fluid thermometer but the worst is the guidebook you don’t know if it is the cheese salt which u r supposed to put it in the freezer?!?! Or the other way for the rennet souls it be a shelf’s keep or refrigerated For expensive box they should make an effort to make more descent descriptive guide book

I made mozzarella according to the recipe I found on YouTube (who would like to attach to the comments) even though there are preparation instructions it was easier for me to see with my own eyes and make. The mozzarella has run out faster than I thought, having to prepare again, luckily the amount is plenty of cheeses, so if you like mozzarella or ricotta cheese and also kitchen lovers, I highly recommend you. Kit contains thermometer, diaper cloth, and all ingredients. Gluten-free probiotics
