Not a bad preworkout, I have taken many pre workouts in my day, so I have a high stimulant tolerance. The pumps are pretty good and I don't get a crash after. I don't get the laser focus that I could get from other strong preworkouts, but know that most likely comes with a banned substance inside. This is a clean preworkout I would recommend beginners and intermediate pre workout users to try.

price is a little bit pricey but i think it is worth the money
