I bought this for a friend since she got sick very often and I read that it helps with immune system she has been using it for almost a month now she's loving it and says it tastes really good but I can't tell for sure if it's helping with her cold and sore throat

it has a very high quality of manuka honey and its ingredients are listed clearly on label. the 8,75 oz was a great size for a trial but I will buy a larger size next time because it is so great for multiple uses . such as health benefits and being able to use it in wound acre as well as eat it was great it has a mild sweet flavor that was soothing to the taste buds that kept inviting you to eat more

Who doesn't love honey? Unless you are allergic to honey, I highly recommend this product for it has a unique ability to help my body with digestion and reduce bloating, while enjoying a sweet treat. There is not a lot in the jar, but a little goes a long way. I don't take this everyday, but use it on weekly occasion or if I sense a headache or cough.

I add this to my lemon water I brew every day. I used to buy cheap honey from local stores as I wasn't familiar with quality of honey. Later I learned that many honey in the market have added syrup or sugar which is not healthy. I trust this Manuka Doctor brand based on previous reviews. I can really tell the difference as the taste is very different from other local cheaper options! I usually take a daily dosage of 1 tsp to 1 Tbsp so that I can enjoy the benefit of this honey.

taste like dessert and I tried really hard to restrain myself. I take it first thing in the morning, 1 table spoon and drink a cup of warm water after. It helps with my tonsillitis which I get often. Also it's amazing for colon relief, take it on an empty stomach. It gives me energy too.

Great taste, kids also love it.very smooth, I use it for eye infection, if there is infection in the eye the pain is terribly terrible... If no infection no pain. My late father in law used to put honey in his eyes, he could see better in his age of 80s I use it for burns, wounds, amaaazing. This is so tasty! This particular one is a good buy if you want to try Manuka for the first time. I have long Covid, so hopefully it may be good for me. It does seem to help my sore throat. I eat it with apple slices, in hot coffee and tea. It’s delicious! You probably won’t want the other honey again!
