I have had several Kimchi brands. I guess I’m used to the ones in Seoul. So I guess I’m spoiled now. This one didn’t really do much , and my cabbage didn’t get that soft, it didn’t soak in that much and had little to no flavor. All I tasted was pepper. I had to add kimchi bottled paste and some leftover powder from South Korea. So if it’s the only thing you can get then okay, otherwise nope!
