My whole family contracted COVID last April, except me. We all take the same multivitamins and supplements. However, I am the only one who takes black seed oil. That is why, I am confident to say that this product really works and helped me in some way to be protected against COVID.

I am giving this 5 stars not for how I know it works, but for what I have researched about Black Cumin Seed Oil. It has many health benefits to help with a couple of issues I am dealing with. I recommend if you are reading this review that you too research how good this is supposed to be. My friend has told me she is seeing some improvements using the product. With that said, I have only been taking the supplement for a short time and have noticed I am having gas that I did not before. It is not bad, but enough to get my attention. I also cannot say because it is too soon to know if it is going to help me or not, but unless I try it I will never know.

So far I like it. Doesn’t taste bad or anything. All my vitamins are by Now. Trusted brand. Feels like it is working, less hair fall out and hair seem to grow a bit faster.

This is my favorite brand for black seed oil. Taking this has relieved my knee ache and I feel that my body is stronger. However, it is difficult to reorder this because it's almost always out of stock.
