The quality of Boiron is always good. I have recently gone to a homeopath and have been prescribed this for my symptoms. It costs me 1/10 of the price for the homeopath here rather than getting it through her. i feel a bit tired overall taking this product but i read on it that it means the body is processing and it's working. I feel more relaxed and not as emotional. Will continue to take it
