Has worked for headaches where other ones have not, at least for hormonal or dehydration instigated ones. Has also helped with gastrointestinal upset when the trigger was unknown. Still beginning it use it but for the first tries, it has worked for both symptoms on different triggers and different days. Pleased so far.

First time to try, I’ve been using vegan cell salts which have been amazing and helped me heal all chronic symptoms like skin allergies. I can’t buy vegan cell salts anymore so had to buy this product, It said it had very small amount of lactos for the sugar taste, but it had very dairy taste when I tried it.. if you are plant based and don’t like dairy taste, this won’t be good for you. I’m leaving this review for someone is plant based but looking for cell salts.
this salt is very important to me I don't know if there is a link between psoriasis and indigestion but 8 pills in the morning work wonders and solve these 2 problems

This is a perfect alternative to QUICK EZE etc for indigestion (plus it’s also helpful for headaches & water retention). It lessens the severity & duration, as well as the intervals between them.
