I think this is great as a cooking oil, but I do not recommend for baking. I tried use this for baking cookies during the cold winter months when my normal coconut oil is super solid, but my cookies turned out greasy. So, stick with the solid kind for baking! But this is good for sauteeing/dressings etc.

I prefer Liquid Coconut Oil to MCT, because it is less processed and works the same for me.
