I do feel more energized and overall I just feel better ...and I have noticed my hair is growing faster. First time using mushroom supplements and I can tell that I like it :) First of all its super easy to swallow these capsules - good size , also there is no aftertaste. From what I have researched it is good quality ingredients and company.
