I ordered this supplement for my dad as a replacement for a Chinese one, as it had the same ingredients. The Chinese supplement claimed to help not only the blood pressure, but tackle headaches and dizziness, and they really did. My father got rid of severe dizziness and headaches for the first time in years... However, I couldn't get it for a few months due to the delivery problems, so I found and bought this one from Ridge Crest. After a while my father said it helped to reduce his symptoms, but it wasn't as good as the Chinese supplement despite the same ingredients. That's why I give it 4 stars.
Did help with hypertension problems. Works better for us when used with extra garlic and seemed to help improve their problems we were concerned about.
I can check the effect of this after eating this capsules for several days. It works. The pressure goes down slowly . I have ordered one more from iherb.
