I can't sleep without this and it are approved by my Kinsei doctor. All of the ingredients are essential and in the perfect combination. It also works for recovery and repair, which is great because I lift weights and run intervals at the gym. This is a clean, quality brand. The container is easy to open and I like how big it is. There is no taste to the capsules and they are easy to swallow.

A nice blend of vitamins and mineral. Helped to a certain extent with sleep but nothing groundbreaking. Worth considering if you want your magnesium and zinc in the same supplement. It's pretty cost effective thanks to that.

I have had trouble sleeping for over a year now and over the counter remedies have been hit and miss overall not to mention how groggy I always felt in the morning. These tablets are doing exactly what I want. Take 2 an hour before bed and I can't stop yawning after about 20 minutes, I lie down and poof!!! My daughter is going through some pretty extreme depression. Along with that is difficulty sleeping... and with her medication, she is very limited as to which sleep aids she can take. Although this did not seem to help for the first couple of nights that she took it, it quickly became obvious that it helps her to get a better quality night of sleep.
