Elderberry has been shown in lots of studies to really shorten the course of colds and other respiratory ailments, so it's especially important in this day and age, and the spray system makes it easy and handy compared with pouring liquid from a bottle. This good quality spray tastes great and seems to help when I have a cough. I like the ingredients. Not too sweet like some are. The spray can be a little messy though if the opening gets clogged, so wipe with a tissue when done. Its worth it not to have to go get and have to wash a spoon to take it at night. I keep it by my bedside.

I originally order this as a trial and it’s been amazing for my family. Anytime we feel like a little something might be starting, we immediately use regularly and forget anything happened. We have not had a cold in years. I am now a regular purchaser of this elderberry spray. It doesn’t taste great but that’s a tiny price to pay to never get sick.

I am a nurse in the ER and I'm exposed to all kinds of germs and illnesses. I purchased this product to help build my immunity to fight against everything I'm exposed to. When I received the bottle I opened it to smell of it first. It smells like blueberries. I love blueberries so I was excited to try it. The directions say you can add it to water or just take it straight. I took it straight since I love blueberries. It's a little strong but still has a good flavor. It is sugar free, organic, gluten free, and non GMO so that's all a big plus. Only time will tell if it works. Here's to hoping I don't catch any "bugs!"

Liquid elderberry extract helped me not to get sick for a whole year. Every time a feel even a slight discomfort or tingling in my throat, I use this spray. It really does its job. Even if I feel the cold REALLY hitting me, I use this multiple times a day and not get sick! It is portable, doesn't leak and tastes good. I also use this in Effervescent Tablets form. I really liked this product. I feel it really helped stop a virus in it's tracks if I took it several times when I felt like I was coming down with something. I got it with a trial discount, but I would buy it again at full price. The liquid was somewhat thick and had a pleasant taste. It seemed to be good quality. I think elderberry is really effective at fighting colds and flus.

Bought this one during winter months to give my immunity a boost. Kids are taking sambucol and wanted to try it's effect on myself. Really like the taste, sweet and beer like. Extremely convenient packaging just spray and go. Simple ingredients. Will see how I will benefit from it. But can't go wrong with it.

I would give this spray 5 stars if the ingredients were organically sourced.
