Tried and find it kinda works good for me.. will be getting it again.. quality is good and ingredient I'm not too sure abt it.. size of it can be bigger if possible.. dosage i took it mayeb 30-1hr bef sleep.. seems to be able to benefit me.. taste good as it's like normal gummies

These gummies do make me drowsy. However I do notice a very slight hangover effect the next morning which does go away after I'm done with my morning routine.
These are a favourite of mine due to peach tea taste, the size and quality. The dosage is ideal for me and the ingredients provide the sleep benefits (feels like a deeper uninterrupted sleep). My kids were not a fan of the flavour though & gummies were harder.
