Good composition and ingredients. Associate probiotic and enzymes and herbs for oxidative stress. It lasts 1 month (2 capsule dosage). Unfortunately they don't specify how much ashwagandha in it but they write the total ammount of the herb. Very good quality and price.

Finally a SBO probiotic w/o any harsh prebiotic. Works great for SIBO/dysbiosis.
