I’ve dealt with sluggish digestion for years especially after travel or when my diet gets a little off. Most cleanses I’ve tried either did almost nothing or left me doubled over with cramps and that awful urgent feeling. I was skeptical when I first heard about MagO7 from NB Pure but a couple of friends swore by it so I gave it a shot. I started with three capsules at night on an empty stomach with a big glass of water like the bottle says. The first morning I noticed a difference nothing extreme just a comfortable thorough movement that left me feeling lighter instead of wiped out. By the second and third day it was clear this stuff works differently. No sharp cramps no sudden gotta go right now panic. It just helps things soften and move while you sleep. I felt less bloated by midday which was a nice bonus I wasn’t even expecting. What I like most is how adjustable it is. Some nights three is perfect. If I’m really backed up I’ll go up to four or five and if I just want light maintenance I’ll drop to two. It doesn’t seem to create dependency the way some herbal laxatives do. I’ve used it for a solid week long reset a couple of times and also just as needed and both approaches feel fine. The capsules are easy to take no weird aftertaste and the ingredients are pretty straightforward ozonated magnesium oxides plus a bit of potassium. It’s vegan and non GMO which matters to me. I’ve also tried the powder version once when I ran out of capsules it mixes okay and works the same though I prefer the pills for convenience. Is it perfect? Not if you’re looking for something that hits like a freight train in two hours. This is gentler and slower which is exactly why I keep coming back to it. After years of experimenting MagO7 is the one that actually sits in my cabinet instead of collecting dust. It just works without making a big production out of it and that feels rare these days.
